The place was clean. I booked the queen suite with lake views, everything was good.- There were big beds and a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and climate control inside the room.- The staff was pleasant and exceptional and provided top-notch service.- Appetising dishes were served at the attached restaurant.

The view from our balcony was amazing

f your vehicle is over six feet two inches tall you can't use underhground parking and there are only 6 or 7 that are availabe. We had to park on the street as small cars used uo the above hground sites

Really enjoyed our very nice stay that included the long weekend which was sold out. We had a satisfactory breakfast. The hotel's position was particularly good, just next door to Osoyoos, the grocery and liquor store and rugged hills beyond. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

This venue is pretty clean with a fantastic view of the lake and they serve a satisfying breakfast with delicious food.

The units were decent sized and huge with a balcony. The location is central.

It was the most over priced crappy hotel I have ever stayed in. We actually left after one hour and booked another hotel. Staff wash"okay" but hotel is worth $69.99 a night not $195. It is an embarrassing hotel and we were so upset my wife cried so hard that we left and spent more money on another hotel. Renovate or leave a beautiful town.

The staff here was very patient and attentive, and the restaurant served fantastic meals.

Better than expected room condition and cleanliness. Walk out onto beach. Decent onsite restaurant. Walking distance to essential shops.

Staff smoking in the doorwell next to our patio filled our "No Smoking" room with smoke on more than one occasion.

Location, and very little else.

The drone of the air conditioning kept me awake until 04:30, plus the queen sized bed was extremley hard and uncomfortable. This was the worst nights sleep I have ever had in any hotel. The front desk lady was slow and inexperienced, both for check-in and check-out. The waitress in the dining room wore enough cheap perfume to gag on. The duty manager was not in the hotel at all. As a previous General Manager for Commonwealth Holiday Inns in both Toronto and Peterborough Ontario, I was disgusted and very disappointed in this stay. The breakfast was complimentary and there were a wide array of options. The room we stayed in was beautifully maintained and modern.- Good access to the surrounding attractions.- Large patio available.

The staff were superbly friendly. the room was a decent size and huge with a balcony. the location was amazing, just a minute walk from Pioneer Walkway Park.

The location was within walking distance of the beach, the town and amenities.

I found the staff at the front desk on our arrival was not very gracious when questions were asked and she did not provide information about the pool, towels or beach front access. I got that information from the staff that were on the following day.

The Holiday Inn offered many activities to choose from, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, lake beach, boat rentals, Booked.nets, hamacs, jet ski's, volleyballs, restaurant... Lots to do! Friendly staff. Good facilities, clean, free wi-fi and parking. The room had a fridge. Great for families.

Most of our stay was very pleasant except for the last night, it was noisy.

The staff here were really nice from the moment we walked in👌. They made us feel welcomed and their service was polite throughout. The hotel is conveniently located in a central spot right next to the upstairs restaurant and Kelowna.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, Osoyoos, the view from our room was beautiful and the room was roomy and very very clean...overall a very good stay!!
